Return Period:
1. You have 7 days from the date of receiving your jewelry to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns:
2. To be eligible for a return, the jewelry item must be in its original condition, unworn, and in the original packaging.
3. Custom or engraved jewelry may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
How to Request a Return:
4. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at bijoufairystudio@gmail.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
5. Please securely package your jewelry, include the RAN, and ship it to the address provided by our customer support team.
Refund Process:
6. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 days.Please notice that the return fee is borne by the buyers.
7. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 7 business days have passed since we have approved your return, please contact us at bijoufairystudio@gmail.com.
Exchanges:
8. Due to the well-being and the intimate nature of our jewelry, we kindly do not offer exchanges. If you find a product doesn’t meet your preferences, we encourage you to follow the return process detailed above. Should you wish to acquire a different piece, simply place a new order for your desired item.
Non-Refundable Items:
9. Engraved or custom-made jewelry, for which changes have been requested by you, is generally non-refundable, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
10.All sale items purchased such us BUY2GET1FREE, 10% off sale, Last Chance Items are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund or return.
11. “Due to the intimate nature of pierced earrings and for reasons of health and safety, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns for pierced earrings.
Damaged or Defective Items:
12. If your jewelry arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately for a return or replacement.
Final Sale Items:
13. Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or refunds.
